Cant even play the game!!! Empty Cant even play the game!!!

my freind wants to play cuz i told him about InFamousMS and we downlaoded v62 and we installed InFamousMS and when we clikc on it it always says the server is goining threw a server check or this program is being blocked but we turned off his firewall but it still wont work!!!!!
