when i went into InFamous MS normaly,i cant talk and chat,but i can see people moving.
i tot i was lag,then i logout and in again,but same problem.

i cant even enter portal and talk to NPC.

help pls

The server is bugged. IT says we need 18 More people online for "starting" lag to stop.
Starting lag happens for about a minute everytime you log on or change channels.
